The room excelent, the only thing is that the cleaning lady turned off my A/C when she made my room, and Chiquimula is extremly hot, so it takes more than 30 minutes to have a cool room”

“Struttura moderna, molto luminosa e in ottima posizione per l'accesso all'aeroporto (corca 5min a piedi). La camera era pulita e ben tenuta, mentre il personale è stato sempre disponibile e simpatico. La colazione, che si può mangiare nella terrazza, è stata fantastica e varia.”

“Pay attention to the photos of your booking. The apartment is different from the hotel. The shower in the apartment leaked water out by the bottom of the door. Water was nice and warm. WiFi was fast. Air conditioning worked great only in the living room area. The bedroom only has a fan that faces the bottom of the bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is right next to the Zoo and near many restaurants. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was made fresh. ”

“I stayed at four different hotels in Guatemala City and the Hyatt Centric was by far the best. The hotel is brand new. Rooms are decorated with a super modern design. The swimming pool in the rooftop was fantastic: I could swim seriously since, unlike in many other hotels, the pool was really long. Breakfast was excellent and the service was super good. I will definitely come back. ”

“Beautiful location, close to everything. Breakfast is not in included so be mindful of that and the shuttle for transportation is an additional fee. They don’t tell you that when you book so check before. Overall everyone was nice”
